Although we only act for policyholders, the head of our insurance team used to act for insurers, at previous firms.  This experience provides our team with first-hand knowledge of how underwriters and claims handlers view and assess claims.

As a result, our team are ideally positioned to present claims and to address disputes in a way that “makes sense” to insurers – enabling us to resolve issues more quickly and more cost-efficiently than would otherwise be the case.
