Former Major General given suspended sentence

Head of our Crisis Management team Paul Morris and Jessica Thomas represented former Major General James Roddis MBE during an investigation and Court Martial Proceedings, concluding at sentence on 4th September.

Following our representations, the Service Prosecuting Authority withdrew a charge of sexual assault and accepted a plea to a service offence under the Armed Forces Act 2006.

Jane Bickerstaff KC of 9 Bedford Row and Tom Coke- Smyth of QEB Hollis Whiteman were instructed during the proceedings.
