Kim Edwards is a Chartered Legal Executive and Partner with more than 20 years’ experience representing individuals’ subject high profile criminal investigations and prosecutions. Kim has also successfully defended individuals facing private prosecution.
Kim has significant experience representing individuals facing extradition to category two territories as well as defending individuals subject to European Arrest Warrants (“EAW”) and European Investigation Orders (“EIO”). As a result of her experience in this field, Kim has forged close professional links with overseas lawyers and expert witnesses. The client was charged with six others, including six-time British Champion jockey Keiren Fallon, with a conspiracy to defraud Betfair customers by fixing races. The case resulted in an acquittal for all defendants.
